The staff were lovely! Always happy to see you and had a lovely chat with every single one of them. Lovely comfortable little apartment. Very comfortable bed. The gym had sufficient equipment.

The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central and close to the metro. While the surrounding area isn’t the most charming, I had no issues walking around.

The space was super comfy, TV has a lot of channels, and the combination of washer and dryer was amazing! Before I started my trip, I also made a note saying I prefer a room at a higher floor and not facing the main road, and the host kindly accommodated that (THANK YOU!!) - we were also able to catch the July 4th firework from the National Mall from our room itself! The location of the residence is a 8.5/10 for me - 12 mins walk from metro, 1-3 mins walk for bus, only thing was the area is a little sketchy (but I was mentally prepared for that after reviewing the previous comments :) ) and not super close to grocery stores.

Very clean and well maintained. Sheets, towels, soaps etc were of good quality. Kitchen well appointed and I liked that they had provided everything from coffee to dishwasher pods to washing machine pods. Great for short or long term stay. The smoothest elevator I have ever been on! You think you never left the floor! Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best apt accommodation I so far had in DC area. Almost new, equipped fully, clean, bed super comfortable. Easy access thanks to the electronic codes. Any issues (had just 1, logged TV account) was solved by friendly staff within few minutes - that was impressive. Though the place was lively - there are about 11 or 12 apartments on 5 floors - you could not hear your neighbors. The main entrance is on main road, but that is also not an issue. I really liked it - including the every day lollipops :)

I liked the view at the penthouse and it was clean. I liked that Staff was responsible, when my Friend called about a situation, it was resolved right away.

Nice staff. Facility is very clean. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Good security. It was quiet and private- really nice in the efficiency apartment style room.

This was the perfect place in the perfect place. The location of this lodging is exactly where you want to be in Washington DC. It’s walkable to so many things and accessible for so many things. Everything in the house is well done comfortable and clean. My favorite part of the entire stay, was the proximity to big bear Café And everything over by the REI. Beds are comfortable plenty of everything you need in the house whether you wanted drip coffee or anything else you needed was there.

The quality of the apartment, the furniture, and the equipment; everything was brand new (some of the equipment still has plastic wrap), the bathroom is equipped with an extractor fan, and the whole apartment has air conditioning (heating and cooling). I was on the 5th floor, and the view was very nice. Everything was super clean. The check-in process was very straightforward. The kitchen was well-equipped (oven, stove w/ extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and met all my needs.
